Owner Referral program

Coral Resorts has the number #1 referral program in the travel industry. Your friends are our friends – and we will treat them that way! Our referral program is simple – simple to earn cash and credits for maintenance fees!

How does it work? There are two ways…

We Do The Work For You

Just submit a list of friends or relatives to the Coral Resorts Owner Referral department and sit back and let us do the work for you. For each guest (a qualified individual or a qualified family that travels to Hilton Head counts as one guest) that attends the Coral Resorts Preview, you will receive a $50 referral fee.

Guests of your choice will be invited to enjoy a fun-filled vacation at a great price, including a lunch time VIP tour and presentation of your resort. The package includes a 3 day/2 night hotel stay, including dinner for two, half off golf and/or bike rental for two. They will receive this substantial discount with no obligation to purchase anything – just a special courtesy tour of your beautiful home away from home!

Developer Week Program

We have made a number of our exclusive Hilton Head Island Resorts available to our owners to reserve; even if they have already used, or do not wish to use, their week or points this year. This program is only available to Coral Resorts owners and is not a rental program.

This is an internal booking benefit that allows you to stay in one of our Hilton Head Island Resorts. Your stay may be booked up to a year in advance for any week throughout our resorts, based on availability, and include the complete golf and tennis owner’s benefits for the week.

Can I Rent My Week?

While vacation ownership is designed for personal enjoyment, there are some agencies that offer rental services. It is our central goal to provide you with the highest level of service and always maintain your trust. Thus, in order to ensure that we avoid a conflict of interest regarding rental rates or resale levels, The Coral Resorts does not offer a rental or resale program to its valued owners.

RCI allows owners to book resort stays up to two years in advance. However, RCI has also implemented a very exciting program for travelers who are willing to get away on very short notice. By making your reservations with RCI 30 days or less in any “weeks” resort, most reservations will be 10,000 points or less – based upon availability. This allows you to visit some of the best locations in the world for only a fraction of your points.

Enrollment with RCI (Resort Condominiums International) is a very detailed process. Your purchase information, point schedules and many other important specifics are prepared prior to you receiving your RCI card. Once you receive your RCI card (within 90 days from your purchase date), you are ready to begin enjoying a lifetime of memorable vacations. Prior to you receiving your card, RCI will not have your membership information).

We know that you may want to schedule some travel prior to RCI activating your account. Therefore, we have two special options that are offered to ONLY Coral Resorts owners:

1) Quest Travel Club:

This is a special program designed for Coral Resorts owners and we believe this is going to be one of your favorite benefits. The program features travel opportunities that cannot be found anywhere on the web, or offered by any travel agent. Simply contact customer service at (866) 610-4124, indicate that you are a new owner with Coral Resorts and that you have not yet received any of your cards or pass codes. They will gladly assist you.

2) The Coral Resorts Developer Week Program:

We have made a number of exclusive Hilton Head Island condominiums available to our owners, even if they have already used their week or points this year. This program is only available to Coral Resorts owners and is not a rental program. It is an internal booking benefit that allows you to stay in one of our Hilton Head Island condominiums for simply the price of its prevailing maintenance fee. Condominiums are available year round, on a “limited space available” basis. In order to reserve your stay, contact us at the following:
